How many tires does the price cover?

Boy, wouldn't $43 per tire be a dream? Obviously, you're new to this. It's ONE.

I have a 2012 silverado lt 4dr with p265/70r17 wheels now. wil these fit? i think i have 18 inch rim

I have factory 20" wheels. So this will not fit unless they offer it in your wheel size. Your tires last digits are the wheel diameter (size) great tires anyway...

How many miles are they rated for?

I'm not too sure how many miles you get. But I can tell you this. The first time I bought this brand tires for my Tundra was about 8-10 years ago and I haven't bought another brand since. I love the Falken brand tires. They do tend to grab the road more then other brands. Well that's the first thing I've notice when I bought Falkens. Try em and see if you like it or not. It's not one of those real cheap made tires its quality is high for my part.

will these fit on a 20x10 with -25 offset?

You would have to go to the Falken website and check, I have the factory 20" on my ford and I believe my are 8 or 9". I imagine they would but might look a little funny.
