I have used these knives for over 3 months and I don’t see any degradation plus I work in kitchen with them. Peeling knife was very very sharp and because it was a little hard to keep a grip on it I cut my self first before I managed to get to cutting. I got to sharpen them once in 3 days so after 30 hours of use I sharpen it once. If you looking to get your first set of knives these will be good for price. But if you not experienced with knives I would advise to get something with better grip as you will cut yourself easily due to handle.

Overall a nice product and very sharp, the blade coating does dull over time.

I ordered these knives to replace my current chef’s knife and santoku knife which needed to be sharpened after every use; as these were well priced I decided to go for the full set. I wasn’t disappointed with my order. The knives are neither too heavy nor overly light. The santoku knife is a massive upgrade on my older one, allowing me to chop and slice much finer than before. The handles on the knives make them easy to grip, even when wet and the blades wipe clean without any effort due to the coating on them. Whilst they are dishwasher safe, I won’t be bothering as I don’t want to do anything which may blunt them. What makes these knives so good is how sharp they are, I’ve honestly never had knives this sharp and hope they retain it for a long time to come. This Sunday I was able to slice my roast beef thinner than ever, which the children appreciated. This is a great set and in my opinion good value. The knives come in a nice box and each individual knife has a plastic sheaf which is essential if stored in a busy drawer given their sharpness.

First impressions, A nice presentation box and immediately made me feel was well worth it even before using the knife. Each knife looks and feels good in the hand and cuts with precision and super sharp and feels solid to hold. Only criticism is my hands are bigger and the grips feel a little bit small and feel a little plasticy but that is being picky to be honest they look great.Each knife comes with a protective cover and ensures the product is kept and safe to store, they are dishwasher safe but we will wash by hand as want to ensure we keep them in good condition but they do look and feel robust.Would highly recommend.

This knife set was greatly appreciated by my personal chef (my wife) who found them sharp for all tasks, great to hold and the grey/black colour complimenting our kitchen. Can't fault them!

These are excellent for the price i paid. I've got a decent sharpener because they become blunt fairly quickly but can't argue for the price. If I'm honest i only use a couple of these for my purposes so probably didnt warrant buying a set but that's my fault.
