I like the fact that I get multiple types of magnesium in one supplement. I take this at night before bed, and it really helps the muscles relax. I fall asleep faster.My wife has to take magnesium for health issues and has since switched to this supplement also.

10/10 recommend this product. My doctor last week mentioned that even though a blood test will say magnesium levels are fine, I could still have low production in cells. Symptoms have been fatigue, strong food cravings, restless sleep. So far I have taken one in the morning and one at night and right away I could feel my body relax, and I slept through the night for the first time in awhile! Day 2-5 I had way more energy and saw a decrease in cravings. Overall have felt so much better.

Great option

I was waking up every night between 1 and 3 am. Taking these before bed has changed that and I mostly sleep through the night. If I do wake up, I can easily fall back to sleep. This supplement has 4 types of magnesium without the magnesium citrate which can cause loose bowels and is the best sleep aid I have found to date.

This is an excellent product! I have tried other brands but none that I could really feel the difference. Showed it to my doctor and he approved and suggested my daily dosage of two capsules before bed for me.
