Sound quality is amazing! Love that it has a built in mixer. The Bluetooth connection to run the app can be annoying at times but you simply can't beat the sound quality. Highly recommend.

I did a great deal of research before I landed on the EV 50M. Then I did more research and tried to go and listen to side by side comparisons. I was unable to find a store that had an assortment of products to listen to side by side. I took an educated gamble and ordered it on Amazon. After all of my research I was confident I would like it. I was replacing a 4000 watt Mackey powered PA with a Mixer board that I used to use for my band. I know a good sound system should sound like. So, I was surprised at how well the EV 50M sounds in my studio room compared to the Mackey. I can easily service a 3 pc ensemble. I love the natural clarity it gives my acoustic guitars. The bass thump is solid and gives you plenty of bottom in your mix. I am still tweaking all of the sound options but have been absolutely satisfied with the power, punch and vocal clarity. This is a great value in the Array speaker market and I highly recommend. Totally impressed.

This system is hands down, one of the best all-in-one systems out. We've been a cover band for quite some time and this is my favorite system of all time. The built in mixer that is linkable with another system and can offer up to 12 channels is great. The built in presets like electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, vocal, etc is spot on.I've had the Bose F1 system and it was great for indoor venues. Outside it was so so. The EV 50m with two running is better than the Bose. Indoors, the EV 50m is great because you don't need a mixer which lightens the load in.I've had the full blown Behringer xr18, powered Subs and mains, floor monitors, and everything in-between. Those are excellent systems but the EV 50m does that all with 3 pieces (top speaker, pole, sub). When you link 2, it's even better. Now it won't hut as low as the 18s but it does a great job.I currently run 1 for acoustic shows which is overkill, and two for full band. It makes life easy having everything in two bags and running the mixer off my phone (or tablet). I would highly recommend it. Make sure you get the 50m and not just the 50. The m has the built in mixer.

We had this out at a massive golf tournament; when we first heard the system, I thought there were 2 or 3. It was one system, OUTSIDE, in about 20k sq feet. It would have taken 4 Bose systems. Just has excellent performance; EV has typically been commercial grade only. This product is superior to anything else.

There's nothing wrong with this speaker array. It's crisp, clean, warm, and boomy. You can EQ it to your taste and it sounds great quiet or loud. That's the test of a good system. It's every bit the 1000W will put out and then some. Don't waste your money Buying Other Sound Equipment. The EV 50 and EV 50M are fantastic! I have one of each for a stereo pair, but they each sound superb.
