Seriously changed my life. I have had to take sleeping pills every night for the past 5 years. I've switched back and forth between meletonin and rx drugs. But I wanted to find something non habit forming and non hormonal...like meletonin is. I stumbled on the idea that the reason i'm not sleeping is that my cortisol levels are too high. I've had a blood test done this year that showed my pituitary gland is working overtime...that can definitely raise cortisol levels! So I did some more research and found that the herbs in this complex are helpful in restoring balance to cortisol. I didn't expect much but after only 3 days of taking this complex, i no longer needed my sleeping medicine. And it's not because this stuff makes me sleepy and drowsy. In fact, I take it in the morning and then in the early evening. It doesn't put me to sleep. It simply allows my body to sleep on it's own. It's balanced out my system and I don't need to take sleeping meds. This feels nothing short of a miracle. It's also improved my mood. I used to play guitar and sing at open mic nights and I had a few paid gigs at coffee shops and bars around town. But I lost interest in it and pretty much gave it all up 4 years ago. I know i suffer from depression but I thought my zoloft was doing it's job and I was functioning normally. But again, after taking this complex for a few weeks, I suddenly had the urge to pick up my guitar and play a few songs. Then last weekend I went to my first open mic night in 4 years with my wife. I had a blast! I felt liberated. I feel like myself again. I didn't even realize how much my depression was still affecting my daily life. I'm smiling more, laughing easier, and feeling great. I've tried lots and lots of complexes and supplements over the years...fish oil, iodine, meletonin, various anti-depressants (all the withdrawals and side-effects included) and this complex has hit the nail on the head. Seems like a good blend. I have been taking 5 a day to get the dose of Rhodiola I wanted so the bottle goes quick. I haven't done much research on some of the other ingredients but I specifically wanted Rhodiola, Schisandra and Ashwaganda. The Ginseng and mushroom is a bonus- though at such small quantities I doubt it makes a difference. The Dong Qui and others I could do without.

I have been taking these for years, and my tendency to rage at my four kids is gone. I am much more levelheaded and can handle adversity logically and without flying off the handle. I recommend them to everybody that I meet that struggles with the insanity of having running a household.

Just as another user’s image revealed on her purchase, the product I got is 7.5 mg of Aswaghanda per serving, but the ingredient list on the Amazon product page from my purchase order shows 75 mg per serving. I got the product today and have contacted Swanson. Is this an anomaly or is everyone’s product different from what is advertised? Please check your product bottle and tell us what you got. If Swanson is who I think they are they will make this right. I will update my post when I get a response.*UPDATE* Swanson thanked me for alerting them to the issue. It was unclear if the formula was actually different or if the label was a typo. They did not get back to me to let me know what they found out, but they did refund my money.
