It is adjustable for all types of winds except hurricanes, and for heavy doors, you can make it hard and soft as you want the adjustment, I recommend it.

I think the door can be opened up to 110 degrees

Yes, the speed for closing and latching door can be adjusted, and won't make the door slam. It applies to the door weight between 45-60 kg (99lb-132lb), and if you need the door hold open, the door and jamb should be on the same plane or not on the same plane but within 5 cm. Thank you.
