Great Vitamin Pill
This is my husbands favorite vitamin. Works great for giving him all the required vitamins he needs each day. Easy to open package and the pill is just the right size to swallow without getting stuck. He started taking this at 49 and for the past 3 years has loved it and never thought of changing.

Centrum is the multivitamin my doctor recommends
First let me say my diet is not good and so I need a vitamin to supplement it. I bought this brand because it is well known company and has the essential vitamins I need to have as well as some others. I'm not sure that they make any difference on how I feel, but my blood work results are good.

Necessary for your dad.
I bought this for my dad who is around 55. He uses it and this is great. At least I do not need to worry about him getting the necessary Vitamins for his age. Definitely recommended. There are many multi-vitamins available in the market but this is only brand that has tablets specially designed for mens above 50.
