Q: Are there replacement lids? I find so many of the bottles out on the market do not have replacement parts and I end up throwing out the bottle.

Yes, you can find replacement parts in the Replacement Center on the Zak website.

Q: How do you remove the straw for cleaning? It seems to be attached and only stretches when you try to remove it.

The straw is not attached. It's just a little straw that you pull out of the hole so it can be cleaned. Once cleaned you simply just push the straw back into the hole.

Q: I purchased my bottle in October of 2021, however after dropping it once, it cracked earlier this year. Can I just purchase the bottle part?

We only have replacement lids, straws and spouts, not bottles.
