Excellent. I am a big biohacker type, have tried many things.Caffeine pills didn't do it before, too jittery & too high dose. 100mg L-theanine makes it completely smooth, no jitters.I just magically get a kick to get out of bed and get rolling, and it feels good in the chest somehow? Hard to explain, but good feeling and better way to start the day.Even if you use other stimulants, it helps to kickstart the day so you gain precious time early in the morning.

The L-Theanine is a bit stronger than I would personally like but a good product

if you need a kick and really want to bump up your first cup of coffee, this will do the trick.

Dangerous - but very good. It increases your energy levels and mental awareness.
