Prosecco!: Italys Iconic Sparkling Wine, With Cocktail Recipes and Lore

This is a clever little book for the aspiring, or for that matter, professional mixologist. I bought a copy after seeing it was named best European wine book. It's an English-language version of a book used by Italian producers of Prosecco to market their wines. An interesting range of recipes, many collected from wine bars in Italy. Who knew there were so many ways to drink my favorite beverage! The book not only has creative cocktail-making ideas, but introducing each recipe is a fascinating story about how the cocktail came to be.

A fun recipe and anecdotes book for Italian bubbly. It is a fast fast read, but I enjoyed leafing through it. Sampling the recipes are what counts though!
