Exactly the thing we needed
This replacement part for the timer on the dryer works perfectly. It takes just a few screws to access the panel and then just take one wire off at a time and add to the replacement part one by one. (make sure to unplug the electricity). Took 5 minutes and I'm a hero with the spouse. Before you buy this part, consider buying the knob first as one time I replaced the timer and it was the broken knob. In 14 years I've replaced the knob 2-3 times and the timer twice. Much better than replacing the entire dryer with the new units they sell that don't last! Last piece of advice, make sure you turn the timer knob clockwise only. It will last longer.
