The product deserves zero stars because it didn't work at all. The concept was great -- a small recorder with transcription capability -- but it appears to be unable to deliver. Yes, it did turn on, but beyond that there was no clear functionality.

I decided to give this voice recorder a try mainly b/c its beautiful color and design plus its tiny feature making it so easy to carry. I have used it for over a month in many situations and I get to say I am extremely happy with this purchase: the recording is easy and smooth, great sound quality, and the files are very easy to be accessed from either my phone or my notebook. Have not used the translation or transcription much yet.Get to rank this purchase a five star as an extremely happy customer.

The trick is you have to subscribe to use the optional AI.

Nice packaging. nice aesthetic. Compact, clips on. I didn't realize the AI transcription is a paid service, but it's seamlessly integrated into the app. The device comes with 60 min free transcription, and you can buy various prepaid minute packages in the app.

I wanted a compact recorder that was separate from phone to record important calls, for notes/transcription. I wanted a recorder that could transfer files to phone via bluetooth.This device does both. HOWEVER, you need to thoroughly read through instructions. You must tap on the "Waiting Arrows" in the app to have the file transfer over to your phone. For the life of me I couldn't get them to transfer and then got lucky by randomly tapping around on the screen. They should do a tutorial built into the app rather than rely on users to comb through the instruction manual.Audio quality is great. I'm pleased with the product for the price point. I can easily record conversations, meetings and calls, then BT transfer to phone to upload to otter.ai for transcription and making notes.I have not tried their built in transcription service, because I already pay for Otter.ai (which is amazing btw).I wouldn't buy this for the transcription alone or file management. The UI/UX definitely needs some help.BUT this is the only recorder out there I've found with an app companion that has BT transfer capabilities and I was looking for a lonnnnng time.They'd absolutely crush this market if they'd redesign the UI/UX and make it automatic to load files onto phone.Other annoying thing is that when you rename a file, it doesn't keep the new name when you share the file outside the app. So I have to rename once uploading to Otter.ai. Minor, but just something to note.Great little device.

Shipping is prompt. The look and feel of item are very pleasant. I use it to record meetings and the transcription was pretty good. Writing a meeting minutes is not any more a pain. Basically you have it right after, with just a few modifications and supported by the voice record. That alone pays for the ticket. I will keep using it and may come back to share further experience.

I'M HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT. THE FIRST ONE WAS RETURNED BECAUSE THE THING WOULD NOT PAIR. THE SECOND ONE PAIRED AND WORKED BUT AFTER A FEW RECORDINGS THE THING WOULD NOT SHOW UP WHEN I PLUG IT INTO MY PC. LEFT IT PLUGGED IN INTO MY PC TO SEE IF IT WOULD EVENTUALLY SHOW BUT IT NEVER DID. UNPLUGGED IT AND REBOOTED MY PC ( DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY) THEN STUCK IT BACK IN BUT NOTHING STILL. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. NOW I CANNOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT IS NOW PAST 30 DAYS. SINCE I PURCHASED IT. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLY.

A small and quality voice recorder with large space. I bought for my son and he used it to record some of the lectures. He loves it for the small footprint and long battery life.

Battery: 5/10 about 2.5 hours of constant recording capability (yes, I charged it first)Style: 8/10 sleek and lightweightFunctionality: 6/10 hidden lightweight mode doesn't work all the time, Bluetooth sync mode is slow, like BT v2.0 slow, record and stop work quickly from device, slow to respond if started via BT.Lastly: this device is good if kept on your person, range vs quality is limited to about 2 meters, then it tapers off with background static.Overall: good for meetings, table discussions and close interactions. Poor for spying or long distance like in a lecture hall.Value: 6.5/10Hope that helps!
