As per Nhs advice vitamin D in winter months is a good idea. These whilst not the cheapest are well packaged and contain addition k supplement . One a day years supply

Good price for this level of concentration
This is a very good price for this concentration of vitamin D and I will continue taking it. Most people in the world do not have an adequate level of this vitamin so I am quite happy to take this supplement - especially in the darker months.

I will purchase again
I bought this product to help with my arthritis I have only been taking them for a week so I can’t really comment but they are very easy to swallow they don’t really have any taste and are good value for money.

Taking it is so easy, and I dont think there is any taste to them, well none I can taste. A 100 mil a day is just right for me as I don't go out every day.
