Very Nice piece of glass
Impressive how Sigma make lenses with such quality at very low price. This lens can easily be used as first choice to shoot indoors, wide angles , ceremonial events, weddings ,etc. it gives you a very nice bouquet in the portraits and is fast enough to shoot at low light ambient. Yes,it's true! The lens hood use to fall down due to a error on the hood construction , but I don't care course I still having a sharp and perfect shots with this lens.

Great lens for Pentax
I have this in the Pentax mount. It works great. The HSM is quick and silent. The f/2.8 aperture makes it fast enough for indoor use in relatively low light.

great lens for the pentax camera.
This is really the only lens one needs for the Pentax KP camera. Excellent quality and glass.
