OkayI have had this machine about 6 months now andI used the machine 20 times in conjunction with a few sessions of acupuncture on my tennis elbow and it is much better, close to 99%. Didn’t have much luck with the trigger finger but maybe I didn’t get it enough time. However I recently developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot and just started using the machine for this, about 6 times and it is starting to feel better. Hopefully I will get the same results soon.I would definitely recommend this machine based on the trips I saved to the doctor alone, not to mention how much it would have cost me if I had to pay for 30+ sessions. The build quality is top notch and the customer service is very responsive with questions or concerns.

Awesome product at a great price. I use this in my healthcare office. Has helped so many patients, including myself and family. Don't buy the overpriced units out there.Also: AMAZING customer service. I had an issue with the exhaust port malfunctioning at about 750,000 impacts. I emailed their support at 6:33AM central time. I received a response email by 6:59AM!! They had me send a video of the issue. They immediately covered the issue and sent me a replacement part for the malfunction. Absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever had.Highly recommend this product/company!

Compared to other brands with products priced around $1,000, this one feels much sturdier. It’s not cheaply made, and I believe it will last. After just a few uses, it helped relieve my pain—I can run again! Their customer service has also been excellent and responsive, both before and after the purchase.

I’m very impressed with this R-ESWT machine and with the company. The build quality is excellent, the screen UI is intuitive and gives good recommendations, and the power generated is substantial. It’s easily competitive with devices that cost over 10x as much (IE Storz devices). The shockwave heads are heavy duty and well made. You really notice this when you screw them on the handle, the machining on the threads is super smooth and precise, which makes them easy to switch out.Operating the machine is easy and there are a lot of resources online you can use for different treatment areas. Just make sure you get some ultrasound gel to go with it and don’t “dry fire” it too much. It generates real power and that energy needs to go somewhere or you will wear out the head or handle prematurely.The large latch-style shipping crate it came in is well made and well-padded. I would be comfortable packing this all up and shipping it cross country without any concerns. As far as service, I sent a message to the company to ask a question and they responded instantly with a knowledgeable reply. This level of service is all but gone from the world, so it makes me extremely happy whenever I see it.Lastly, I can completely recommend the optional trolley cart. It’s also very well made and heavy duty. This whole setup could easily pass for a $50,000 machine in a Doctor’s office and looks fantastic.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this machine and my experience has been so positive that it has me eying their F-ESWT machine (PSP-30) as well.

I own a physical therapy clinic and this unit has been very beneficial for various patients.

I just received a new PerVita Shockwave Machine PSP20 machine. I am returning it to Amazon where I purchased it because the reason for the return is that is it painful to receive therapy from the machine.Before trying it on a patient, I tried it on myself, using head #4, selecting option #5 for knee. That selection produced a default automatic settings of 4 bar and 8 Hz for 3,000 cycles. I placed head#4 on the pre-lubricated area and turned on the machine.Immediately after starting the machine, I had intolerable pain radiating through my quadriceps to the femur.As soon as the head was withdrawn from the area, the pain subsided. I tried this 3 more times with the same results.Thinking the level might be set too high, I lowered the level to 3 bar, then 2, then 1, then 0.5. the discomfort was still too intense to bear. I then tried to lower the frequence from 8, progressively down to 4 with no change in painfulness of the shock.I have previously had 2 other PSP20 machines. The first machine was purchased in 2024. It operated perfectly with no difficulties. Because it was so effective, I ordered a second unit for another clinic location. The second unit was unusable for the same reasons I have listed above. I emailed the company explaining the pain caused by that unit and waited a few months thinking that someone would attend to the defect and correct the problem. Evidently, that did not happen because this machine is delivers a painful shock just like the previous one.

I ordered 3 of these units for my 3 Physical Therapy clinics that I own. These units have been amazing. We are getting great results from our patients and the units have exceeded my expectations. The unit is high quality at an extremely affordable price. They also give you detailed instruction manuals on how to use the unit and also on how to maintain the unit. Any questions I have, I email their company and they get back to me in a timely mannner. I am definitely happy that I purchased these units.

I purchased this machine in December 2025 for use in the treatment of my ED. Machine arrived in secure condition and was complete with instructions. I had previously received shock wave treatment from my urologist, but he retired and all of the others I checked into the fees were insane, so I found this one. The instructions for the ED treatment were detailed and I followed them treating myself twice a week for 1 month. I began to see results the second week and at the end I was pleasantly pleased with the results. The communication from the company was fantastic and they answered numerous questions that I had. I highly recommend this product for anyone suffering from ED. FM
