I always buy Otterbox covers for my phones as I've learned through experience that they are the best protection for your device.However, in this case I forgot to look for the DEFENDER case, which is the model to go for as it has the rubber outer sleeve. This one is OK for general use but I don't hold out much hope for it protecting the phone if I drop it (with the Otterbox Defender case it would simply bounce!).Still, the Defender model doesn't seem to be available in the UK and to get it from the States is too expensive, so I will make do with this one for now.

Nice case, snug fit on the phone. Doesn't make the phone feel bulky. Doesn't get caught up in your pocket but feels safe in your hand sort of rubber. Done a light drop and all good, slightly raised edge around the screen and the camera is protected in a similar way at the rear.

Within just a few months, it had split and turned VERY yellow, despite never being left in the sun or near chemicals that may have caused discoloration.One of the worst cases I've ever had.

Loved the case initially after ordering as a replacement for another otterbox which had split around the volume buttons (I had assumed this was a one off). It did seem very hardy and protected the screen well. Within 6 months this case has yellowed around the edges and the top has warped out of shape so it no longer protects the screen. This isn’t an issue I’ve had with other cases previously so is disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fits great and offers good protection. However, the case is starting to yellow already after 1 week so in terms of quality, it lets me down.
