My labeler had been draining sets of 6 batteries at a time even while turned off. I would get new batteries, use it once, leave it alone, and come back to dead batteries the next week. Finally got around to getting this power adapter after some batteries corroded in the case. It works great! Also very worth not having to buy an endless amount of batteries! Better for not making more chemical waste!Favorite things I've labeled are putting "Home Sweet Home" and "welcome to my humble abode" on trashcans at work

Our older P-Touch did not come with an AC adapter, so this was a welcome addition. It has the correct polarity (which is the odd center negative type) and fits perfectly, works just fine. One more item I would likely not have used much if I had to rely on batteries. And for me, it came overnight with Prime.

Got the label maker second hand from FB marketplace. The previous owner told me it was glitchy but they only ever used batteries. I figured I would try the plug in power source instead. It works like a charm! The label maker works very well now. No complaints.

This was a lifesaver as the Brother LabelMaker battery enclosure was ruined by corroded batteries. It runs really well off of AC.

My label maker is a high battery consumption device. So this works like a charm. I don’t use my printer constantly, only when needed. So the batteries usually die down over a period of time. I found this cord to be very useful, it also saves on the cost of batteries! 😊

Have no idea if this will work on the P-Touch as I bought it for. In the product images, it shows a Green light on the base plug. I see what should be a light on my item, but after plugging it in multiple outlets, un-plugging items that are working and plugging this in the same socket, at multiple locations - does not power up P-Touch and no Green power light,.Update - received immediate response from seller via Amazon email. Will update if replacement is sent.
