GFWT2 is weather-resistant, designed to withstand extreme cold, corrosion, and damp environments. The National Electrical Code states that weather-resistant GFCIs should be used in damp or wet areas including patios, decks, porches, pool areas, garages, yards, and other outdoor damp locations and installed with a While-In-Use cover for protection (i.e. Leviton 5981-UCL). Please check with a local electrician on the code requirements for your area.

Q: Can I leave the green terrible light pressed at all times and only unpress when i need to use it? thanks

If you mean pressing the TEST button so it trips and the green light goes out and the pressign the RESET button when you want to use it...... yes you can do that.

Q: does iit work 220v or 240v ?

This is advertised as 125v receptacle, so I doubt it. The connectors are too small for 229V cable. 220v receptacles have an entirely different plug configeration and are more heavy duty, over twice the size physically. I wouldn't try unless the manufacturer gave the OK. Also would violate the electrical code if done in the US and might void your fire insurance if it started an electrical fire, which is possible with such a mismatch..
