I am celiac. Pasta is a rare dish served in our home. Gluten free pasta can be hard to prepare until you master the learning curve.I was so excited when I came across your gluten free cheese tortellini! What a luxury to be able to enjoy a pasta dish without getting sick.Let me tell you, these are DELICIOUS!!!! Absolutely superb! Amazing
Absolutely delicious! I’ve missed good vegan cheeze products! I want to be able to just buy the filling too. The texture is creamy and the pasta is nice and firm. I wish my local grocery store had these. They ship in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice on the bottom. Expensive but worth it!

We had a yummy dinner tonight 🧀 cheesy pasta with mushrooms, chicken, and tortellini. It was so tasty and we really enjoyed it!

Really wanted these to be excellent
The only complaint was the flavor of the pasta. The pasta held together well when boiling and if you know anything about gluten free pasta it can fall apart during boiling. The packaging was good and came perfectly frozen. Also, I am not a fan of buying this many packages in one purchase. I now have to find ways to hide the flavor and use the remaining packages of pasta. As a family we do not normally eat tortellini and I am guessing the cheese in the center is why my family thought the pasta tasted funny. I tasted the tortellini and thought it tasted fine and was very surprised they did not care for them. I am not gluten free and so my opinion did not matter.

Brittle, their content spills out even before cooking
The raviolis are disintegrated even before cooking. Brittle, their content spills out, and the the raviolis are mushed and glued together. Makes it for an unappetizing meal.

GF Tortelloni, YES please!
Amazon offers the best price for these noodles! While I did have a couple packages arrive cracked, it was easily fixed with the seller. These noodles are AH-MAZING, quick & easy! I have sent the link to other Gluten Free friends looking for Tortelloni noodles as well. We made a viral "Marry Me Chicken" recipe at home with these & it was much better than a restaurant meal! Definitely adding to our must have on hand GF noodles!
