These are very high quality bands. I have been using them for a bit and they still hold up. The bands still maintain there levels of resistance. At about 42inches before stretching, they are a good length for working out.

I’ve been doing calisthenics off and on for a while now. As of late I’ve been the most consistent I’ve been since my twenties which is great but plateauing quickly has been an issue. The pull-up bar on the power-tower in my driveway has a 45 degree bend in at the end and well, no matter how hard I’ve tried I could only get one or maybeee two. Now with the help of the resistance/spotter bands I do sets of 8. Rips up the wings and upper chest (possibly other places also just the ones I notice). I haven’t started weaning myself off of them as I’ve only had ‘em a few days but so far I’m happy with the quality and ease of use. My only criticism would be the holding bags are a smidge too small. You have to really wind the thing up to make it fit in the bag. Not a big deal but another inch would make a world of difference- no, “that’s what she said” jokes thanks. 😅 Overall good quality, works as intended.

Hi, I have been trying these PullUp Bands for a week now. First of all top quality! I was very surprised that they did not smell like rubber and I liked their single packaging. Nevertheless, I must say that for my taste, my height (164cm), and my weight (58kg) the bands are too strong. I am athletic, yet I do not manage to work out with all 3 strengths. Especially women/beginners I would therefore definitely recommend the lighter version. Nevertheless, the bands have now challenged me and maybe it really is just a matter of practice! I love especially the flexibility that the bands bring with them. Whether at home, in the gym, or out and about top sports supply to bring along!

I thought I was ordering a set of assistance bands, as that is what the picture and product description led me to believe. It is just a single band

Resistance bands and gymnastic rings are top notch quality. Bag containing bands was kind of small and poor quality, and quickly broke apart on stitches. Still, overall I'm happy with the product.

Hello! I hope anyone that buy these bands find my review helpful! (As I’m writing this review, I’ve only owned them for a week or so, so I can’t give you an in-depth durability review).I will primarily be using these bands for assisted calisthenics exercises, instead of a replacement to weight training, so review will only reflect assisted uses.First Impressions:It is nice that they included one bag for each band in the sets.Out of the box, they did come out pretty dusty / chalky. My guess is that it keeps the material from sticking (as bands usually do) onto itself or the bag. It also does have a strong rubber smell that sticks to your hands after you use it. This may or may not matter to you, I just thought I’d warn you before opening it in your room.As far as the performance goes, compared to other pull-up bands I’ve used, these bands are on the stiffer side (of course it depends on which band strength you used). I found the medium and light bands particularly stiff in comparison with other sets of bands that I have used. Is this a problem? Definitely not. They are pretty standard as far as pull up bands go.Conclusion? TL;DR:Performance - Pretty goodDurability - (TBA)Stiffness - Pretty stiffOverall quality - good, it just smells very rubbery.(I will be returning to this review in a few months after using it to give it a durability review)
