Just what we needed. it is a sturdy and strong replacement to the one we lost. it fits perfectly on our sun setter patio shade. it was the right size and the right price. by the way there are 2 hinges on the handle that makes it easy to turn.

it is lightweight and very manageable for anybody to use imho. i’ve used it for afew days since it arrived and it worked perfectly. tyvm.

The standard cranks for our awnings were too short for me to use effectively, being rather small in stature. The extra length is just what I needed to allow the arm to fold out and get a good crank going. It now takes 15 seconds, not two minutes of struggling on my tippy toes.It is more robust overall than the originals, so I expect it to last.

Works great and easy to reach. My wife is 4'11" and she can reach the awning. Well built and sturdy. They did send the crank handle in a HUGE box. You could put 2 radiators in the box...crazy! I kept the box for future shipping. 5 stars.

but I didn't know they only had 30 days and was 6 days over and now i'm out 36 dollars and have no crank to open/close my awning.It was made very poorly. sad that companies don't take more pride in their products.buyer beware when they only give you 30 days it's because they know that they are putting out bad product

We just had a garden window installed in my kitchen. I am 5'3" and did not figure the depth of wall frame. I cannot reach the crank to open windows. Sales guy had no idea what to use.Hubby suggested this and hook attachment. Works great!!

Trying to use it to close a skylight with a hole for a hook didn't work very well.
