Worked for me
I just moved into my childhood home and a few of the hand towel holders had fallen off. Bought these because I didn’t know what size I needed to fix them. They had the right size. Good to have on my tool bench.

seem to be high quality
I used a caliper to measure the one I needed, an M3 x 3mm, and found it the same as an original screw. The look like fine quality. The box latches securely. I paid $10 for the screws to avoid paying $11 for a new clock. I came out $1 ahead, plus I now have 199 spares!
