I used this brand BCAa it’s highly sugar content I use in 1500ml water two scope around 15 to 20 grams during the workout. In 1.5 liter I feel it’s very sweet company mentioned in 300ml water one scope it will be very sweet. It’s give energy but I don’t recommend using this product instead of that I can taken glucon d if I want to this sugary bcaa.
