Did not need after all!
My dell monitors E2416H did not require a VESA adapter all. I am happily returning them! To note they were of great solid quality and had a little sticker indicating product of Canada. If I ever need them, they would be of perfect use.

Outside of price, a great item
Having to use this to mount 2 monitors was pricey. If I was in a pinch, I would have returned my Dell Monitors (or at least the model I have) for something different.That being said, they work great and are a quality build and is made here in the USA so Im fine with it.

Great customer support
Product is exactly as advertised. Simple, straight forward VESA compliant mount for a monitor. But the customer support was what got me back here to write a review. I lost the hardware to the mount moving, I messaged with the seller, Gladiator Joe and told them; they handled the situation and got me replacement parts immediately.Highly recommend.

Adapter fits like a glove
Adapter is snug fit and not wobbly at all (using on a Dell S2316H), you just have to make sure that you push it in deep enough so that the monitor's built-in button/lock mechanism fully latches on to the adapter. Props to the team at Gladiator Joe's for my request of having a custom-welded piece that perfectly hangs on a Dell P2319H rider stand. And special thanks to Elizabeth for being patient, understanding and following through with the completion of the order.

Ok but that's it.
It does the work, meaning it will put your monitor on the mount, but that's it. It doesn't shaped exactly with the original stand, so you can't rotate, and it shakes a lot when you move your mount. I'd just buy a new monitor if I knew it's gonna be a loose fit.

Solid performer!
This is a solid bracket that does exactly what it sets out to do. lets you mount your Dell monitor on any kind of a vesa mounting. I have three of them for my three monitors on a single arm setup, and they're all super sturdy and doing their job. Nothing fancy, but then again, it doesn't need to be

Make sure to buy the right bracket that specifies your monitor
Easy to install and does what is supposed to do. I read many of the other reviews where it was stated that the monitors felt like they were not attached properly, I did NOT have these issues. The only advice i can give is to ensure that you buy the bracket that is specifically for your monitor brand and type.
