I was very excited about getting this laptop…Then when it arrived…the feeling was justified…This laptop is perfect…not even a scratch on the cover. I don’t understand why anyone would want windows 10 over windows 11…It boots up FAST…and the battery lasts for over 8 hours. I am beyond impressed. 🥰 I HIGHLY recommend this Precision 5530 Dell laptop…the resolution is incredible…the same with the colors. Thank you so very much!

I searched for laptops with Windows 10 Pro. This one showed up. I liked it and ordered it.It showed up with Windows 11 Pro. And AFTER you receive it they tell you that it has to have Windows 11 because of a Microsoft requirement. They also say that they cannot change the listing to show it is Windows 11.However, I purchased on Feb 28, 2024 and as of 3-7-2024 they were able raise the price $105 easy enough. But still they couldn't change the description. It still says Windows 10 Pro.I asked them to send me a Windows 10 Pro license key. They said they don't have any because of the Microsoft requirement. Clear nonsense, since they probably are still putting Windows 10 on refurb laptops that aren't Windows 11 compatible.If you buy this laptop it WILL come with WINDOWS 11 PRO. They WON'T send you a Windows 10 Pro license, even though it says it comes with Windows 10 Pro. All they will offer to do is send you a shipping label to return the laptop for a refund.They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a free upgrade to Windows 11. If they sent it out with Windows 10, MICROSOFT would GIVE you a free upgrade to Windows 11. The difference is you would have a choice to stay on Windows 10 or upgrade it to Windows 11.Since this seller won't honor his listing by sending me a Windows 10 Pro license I will not buy from this seller again.

I purchased Precision 5530 used, in a very good condition (hardly observable traces of previous use). It works as it should and currently, within about a week of ownership, I have no "noticeable" complains. A small problem with its charger was quickly solved by the Seller (BestComputers (SN Recorded)). So far, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would easily recommend this item to others.

The gentleman at Itech made sure I had what I needed, yes. However they made sure that I had my computer for them as quickly as possible. Thank you
