Q: I bought this and when washed and dried as directed, it's so wrinkly I can't use it. Any suggestions?

Personally, I do not preach fabric for that exact reason. Since it is so wrinkly, you can steam iron each piece and can make it stiffer using some spray starch. Spray the starch on one side of the fabric and then turn it over and iron the other side so you don’t get the starch on your iron. You will be able to use the squares, just don’t precast them next time you get some.

Q: Is the "natural" color more off white or beige?

The color is more beige than white.

Q: Is this material see through?

Not per se. Like many light-colored fabrics you can faintly see color through it, but it's not sheer. I've made several shirts with it and it's some of the nicest muslin I've worked with.
