It is good for maing paneer. I wanted it to make ghee but it too weak to take hot ghee and the cloth holes are also too big for straining ghee.

Great cheese cloth, worked perfectly for my use
I had seen this recipe of oregano cheese spread and I was eagerly waiting for my order. It arrived before time and it was just perfect. I could not wait and made a small batch the very same day.
