Good Quality

Stiffer than other Mettler threads
I've been using Mettler silk finish thread for years and this is the first time I feel the stiffness when I hand- sewing. I am having difficulty pulling out the fabric on every stitch. I will need some beeswax...

Mettler silk finish has never let me down. Yes, I could have purchased a bit cheaper at a quilt shop but its a pandemic and i need thread. convenience is worth a few more pennies.
