Gute Qualität, keine Ausfälle
Eine Stichprobe hat eine durchschnittliche Stromverstärkung von 200 ergeben mit weniger als 5% Toleranz. Ich habe in unserem Museumsstellwerk 100 Stück davon verbaut und keine Ausfälle gehabt.

Good all-purpose NPN signal transistor, but you should test the hFE (gain)
I needed matched pairs for a circuit and tested for hFE (gain) before using. Gain ranged from 207 to 260, with most hFE being in the 230's. Out of 20, I found 3 pair which matched and 2 others which would have been close enough.Inherent noise was low and the 2N2222A's were stable.

Good DC current gain
These transistors were delivered on time and well packed. I measured the DC current gain on several and found it to be in the range of 260 -280. Certainly meeting spec.
