I specifically chose this one because it's a derma roller with titanium needles, which are known for being durable and sharp, which is important for beard area. When I use it, it feels sturdy and well-made in my hand. It's surprisingly easy to roll over my beard area, and while you definitely feel the tiny needles, it's not painful – more like a slight tingling sensation. I'm primarily using it to create micro-channels in the skin to help my beard oils and serums absorb better, and also to stimulate blood flow and collagen production, which are supposedly good for hair follicles. While I know consistency is key and results take time, I've already noticed that my beard feels a bit healthier and my products seem to be working more effectively.

I bought this after researching several options. I will admit I bought the strongest one b/c I like to challenge myself. It's easy to use and comes with instructions. Do read them. They are detailed and kinda of small print but find a way to read it anyway. The roller is very sharp & has a nice texture to it. The case is great too. I'm using it once a month for now and I noticed it looks worse before it looks better. I'm pretty good about my skincare and I don't think. I look 44 b/c I'm religious about it. I haven't spent money on Botox since the 2020 pandemic but I have looked for alternatives. I believe it helps the product penetration work better. I do plan to update again when Ive had more practice with it, but so far so good. Do make sure you are sterilizing it after each use and following the directions. I'm also using it on my brows that I overplucked in the 90s and I have sparse areas. I feel like that has helped (used twice now and I feel hairs coming in! So I will keep an eye on the progress and let y'all know what happens!Update:It works! My brows are filling in and my hairline has had a rebirth lol! It looks like I cut very short bangs (baby hairs) but it is all regrowth! This thing works!

I’ve only used it twice since receiving but it seems to work well. I can feel the needles across my skin. It’s easy to use and it’s easy to clean/disinfect between uses. I would recommend.

This works as good as any. My only complaint is that I bought 2 different sizes and I don't know which is which. They both came in the same package. I don't see a 1.0 or 1.5 on the roller itself or the case. That is the only reason for the rating not being 4 or 5 star.
