PLEASE DON'T, NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. It's hardly been 9 months since I purchased this, used it rarely, as it never worked smoothly. Now the desktop goes off every 20 seconds and I'm trying to get help from the warranty support number, nobody is responding to my calls! 14000 wasted

I found a very good refurbished product on this platform. The packaging was excellent. Also, all the products are very well and in good condition. The computer is running very good. I bought this for my kid's school project. Overall its good.

I received product on time and good Packaging, All PC components are in good conditionWindows ,when start working on this PC it works like new PC,no lag , no hang, monitor also in good condition. Windows is already activated, office also in this package CPU. monitor,mouse,Keyboard,speaker,camera,wifi dongle all are getting under 15kI am happy with PC as it is working like new

I received this product yesterday, I received monitor, cpu, speaker, keyboard, webcam but no mouse. CPU is not working. I tried to check with a professional, he refused to touch the CPU, as its under warranty. I tried to contact the Amazon team they told to contact manufacturer Lenovo. I contacted Lenovo they checked online video the CPU. they told me to provide serial no. of the monitor, i gave. Then they asked for serial number of the CPU, I told them as seen in the picture only QR CODE has been given no serial Number.Manufacturer told me until i do not provide Serial number they wont take any action. Kindly i request whoever want to buy a PC do not buy from Amazon, very bad customer support and even the manufacturer Lenovo wont help you. many customers have been cheated you can see the reviews. My first and last experience with amazon and lenovo.

True to its name, the product is "used yet new". The product is as per the specifications as stated in the product description with none of the accessories missing. With pre-installed Windows 10, MS WORD, SHEETS AND OFFICE it impressed with (not only) the brand new mouse, keyboard and speakers (but also) with the intelligent and sturdy packaging and the 6 months of extended warranty. Rating this product 5 stars inspite of the incompatible USB wifi adapter. Thank you for this amazing product.

Very poor experience.Never buy refurbished item. After getting this desktop some days worked properly but now not working desktop screen not waking up.Very disappointingAfter complaint to given services mail id no any response getting and no one picking call on given service number.Totally defective item selling by Amazon so don't buy anything from this bullsit site.
