Have had this a while and so have only just got round to writing a review. Very solid frying, marketed as a omelette pan, with wooden handle.** Key to ensuring you don't burn your food is to heat the pan through first, do the water sizzle bubble test and then put in your oil/butter whatever then food.....turns it into a non-stick without the nasty chemicals.Very happy with it, have sink washed it due to the wooden handle. Has large capacity so ideal for cooking off large quantities of food.

Great value for money it feels like a nonstick pan looks good not to heavy and cooks great I like using this pan heats very well good performance.

Very good , if you looking to buy a product get a stainless steel, it’s better than non stick pans.

I ve put this product into dishwasher for just one round of washing and the pan turns out to be completely eroded! I think the seller should have include the information of ‘not safe for dishwasher’ in the description and the product. And it might as well reveals the actual quality of the product. But sorry to say that when I message the seller, they refuse to take even part of the responsibility of lack of information and put full blame on the customer as I believe other buyers might not be aware of it. What a deceiving and short-sighted way of doing business.

Perfect for making curries

The plastic label that other customers had difficulty in removing I found no problem. The art is to use your fingernail to ease one of the corners and make sure the glue is still attached to the plastic side and not the pan. If the glue residue starts to stick to the pan then ease another corner of the label and try slowly peeling it back. You should find that the glue more or less sticks to the label. Do not wash the pan to remove the label as this will definitely stick the glue to the pan on removal of the sticker. I have used the pan to make a dhal and I soaked it after use in the sink of water for about 5 mins and it needed a slight wash with a scotbrite pad.( Not Brillo type) It has come out like new again. Disappointment that there was no lid had to purchase separately on Amazon with the dimensions of the pan. I bought the biggest one at 28cm. Wooden handle is in two pieces held together by strong rivots as well as the handle attaching to the pan. It is a heavy pan and I am sure it will last many a year. Would I recommend?? Yes!!!

Looks good, unfortunately the sticky label DOES leave a residue in the centre of pan, hopefully some hot soapy water and a non abrasive pad will deal with it promptly. The bigger problem is going to be using on my ceramic hob, it appears flat to the eye however, on putting on stove top it is definitely rounded on base. Would be no problem on a gas ring I expect, cooking curry with it using hob may prove to be problematic since it will be unable to transfer max heat. I took a gamble and lost. Just beware, but other than that seems good pan for gas users.
