So far it has been a good phone for money the battery life at the moment is good

Got My daughter this for Xmas ready to start secondary schoolUnfortunately she broke her leg 3 days before Xmas and had a full leg cast on all Xmas week hip to toeShe had this plugged in bed next to her the week over Xmas as she couldn’t move much and was in a great deal of pain (I mean she screamed like a banchee night and day that first week I’m sure the neighbours thought we was torturing her) and one evening she rolled over and it burnt her arm I went in to see what that particular shout was about and when she told me the lead had melted almost all the way though - 5 more minutes and the bed would have been on fireShe being in a full leg cast would not have been able to get out (she was on a bottom bunk and took quite some manoeuvring just to get her in at night)When I called and told Amazon they told me dispose of the lead and the phone and the refunded the full amount which tells me they understood the seriousness of the situationWill never buy refurbished off Amazon again

The item purchased was faulty. I was refunded after getting in contact with the customer service.

Had to return due to phone keep turning off

My husband loves his new phone. It is great value for money, battery life and quality is great. Would recommend it to everyone
