The media could not be loaded. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the product I recently purchased. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective and caused a serious safety issue.After using it for just 30 minutes, the adapter suddenly burned out and caused a short circuit. This incident occurred around 11:00 PM and caused a great deal of disturbance and distress to me and my family, especially since no electricity was available at that time to handle the situation.I have attached a video of the incident for your reference. Given the seriousness of this situation, I kindly request that you take immediate action and initiate a full refund for this faulty product.I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and prevent such defective products from reaching other customers.

The device used to connect isn't of good quality,the LED is of good quality, just replace the adaptor from your nearby shop incase the one provider provided gets short circuited.
