Well made toy Police Station

My grandson wanted a Police Station to go with his Fire House and this was perfect! It is sturdy and very well made. Two stories high with nice accessories, such as a police helicopter and vehicle. It also has a bunch of small accessories, such as a key to the cell, handcuffs, a Police dog, etc. Honestly, these are very small and not useful. My grandson is tough on toys, but hasn’t made a dent in this! When I saw the price of the plastic sets that inevitably break, this was a no brainer. Very well made and lots of fun!

Quality Control Issues

My son loves this play set. He has the fire station too and loves simulating emergencies. However, this one came with some quality control issues. The little police car that came with it was not molded correctly so the two pieces won’t stay together and just falls apart so it’s unusable. The top floor piece wasn’t notched correctly on one side so I had to use a dremel to sand it down so it would fit around the dowel. It was also split in one area but not enough to impact the integrity for now.With all of that being said, we did not have any issues with the matching fire station.

Splintering wood

I'm so bummed out the wood came splintering, this is super dangerous

Paper thin

Wood for the base and second floor is paper thin. Lack of separation between the walls in packing caused the paint to be messed up. Much smaller than expected. Overall poor quality. Police car was missing the "P" on one side.
