Q: Does it have auto disconnect/ shut off feature when the battery is full?

When using it with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ and my previous model S6, once battery reaches 100% the digital wattage indicator reads 00.

Q: what is the special about the usb c charger cable?

Dear Customer, the LED screen will display the charging power, when your device is in fast charging, their will be a "PD" mark on the screen. Thank you for your question.

Q: This item can supply 19.5V == 3.33A?

It's hard to say. It gives a variety of volts, including 15v and 20v. But never has more than 3.25A. So if your device is so precise that in needs exactly 19.5v == 3.33A, my guess is that this won't work.

Q: Will this know to charge Samsung s22 ultra at 45 watts and Apple 13 pro at it's peak charging ability

That's an interesting question. As long as the power requirement of your Samsung S22 or Apple 13 pro require no more than 65 watts to charge at maximum speed, then, it's not really up the Charger to make that decision. My 65W charger delivers 45W easily.
