They gave us a defective item
I recently purchased an item from a seller, and unfortunately, it arrived defective. The item was not functional, and I was quite disappointed. While I understand that sometimes defects can happen during the manufacturing process, it's still frustrating to receive a product that doesn't work.However, the fact that the item was defective in the first place was still a disappointment.
