everything arrived as expected. The colors were what i ordered althought not marked on the box. function as expected. very attractive. and the little cable clamp on the back helps keep the cable neat

I bought a two pack. One works great. The other one doesn’t work hardly at all.For the one that doesn’t work well it’s a crap shoot to get it on the charger just perfect and the magnet doesn’t hold it very well. The build quality doesn’t seem very quality controlled. The connectivity is haphazard.The charging speed on the one that works seems good. The cord length is great. I love that it comes with the charging blocks. I also really like that the little dish part comes apart from the stand and can be used flat for my EarPod charging case. The ease of installation is great. The one that works I’m very happy with. The other one…not at all.I’m not sure how to return just one in a two pack. But I’m very disappointed with this purchase.Also, the one box was extremely damaged in the shipping. It was shipped in a package and not a box. So it got smooshed in the drivers truck apparently. The charger seemed ok but wasn’t together like the other one so it was slightly damaged. Could be the culprit.Update: I was able to return just the one and another one was sent to me. The new one works as the good one I have so all is well!

Super easy to use, keeps the phone and doesn’t let it fall off. It’s really helpful to hold the phone and charge it at the same time. It fits my phone size, is very durable, and the cord length is pretty good. Good design, like it.

I like that it stands the phone up, this makes it easy to view when calls, text, and notifications come in. In addition, it saves space on my night stand.

I was excited to get this and for a short time was happy with it. Unfortunately, it didn't take very long for me to fall in line with several other frustrated reviewers. The whole unit looked great, and the phone stand and the magnet seem pretty durable. Like many other reviewers, the connector ended up being the problem. It's the small metal piece that gets plugged into the charger base. It bent so easily, and was not overused or mishandled. Fact is, it's cheap. It probably deserves a 1 star for functionality, but I like to review fairly. All things considered, everything worked well out of the box and didn't feel/look cheap; but because it only lasted a few months, it felt like a waste of money. I purchased this in July 2024 (it's now June 2025). I stumbled on it as I was cleaning my office and made one last attempt to use it; NO luck! I read a recent review that said the seller replaced theirs with a more updated version after they complained/reviewed within the 30 day window. It's possible that they are now selling a better product, but I can't verify. I got disappointed all over again today, so I thought I'd share my experience. Hope it helps - the seller and buyers.
