Littman quit making the parts for my old, but good, Cardiology 2 stethescope. Ear plugs and diaphragm are a good fit.

I don't leave reviews often but felt compelled to do so for this product. I have been buying Littman brand replacement diaphragms for years. I was always astonished at the price for such a small piece of equipment. But I figured you get what you pay for. Took a chance on these. Diaphragms fit my Littmann Cardiology III perfectly... both the large side and the pediatric side. Thus far i see little difference in quality- sound transmission just as good. And I get 4 for a fraction of the price of one Littmann! Get it together Littmann- stop gouging your customers! I'll post a follow up in a year or so on durability. Happy doc.

I feel like they don't conduct sound quite as well, but it's probably a subtle difference.They're not very attractive looking on my stethoscope.

Who hasn't lost a diaphragm? I work in a hospital and my friends and I have all lost a diaphragm or two so I keep extras. Perfect replacements, and you can also write something on the inside before you put it on the stethoscope so that it can't be wiped off from the inside (just remember it would have to be written in reverse).

I had purchased the Littman spare parts kit for my Littman classic 3 and the large diaphragm would not fit at all. I managed to get it on after about 20 minutes and then while at work it fell off due to it not fitting correctly. I was out the 24 dollars. I then was searching and found these ones. I got it today and the large diaphragm fits the classic 3 perfectly and is snug. Would definitely recommend them to others looking for a correct fit on the Littman classic 3 and you get 4 sets of everything for way less. Will definitely be buying again if I ever need them.
