Defective product and no resolution
We installed this product a little late and realised the product is both damaged and no resolution from Amazon.It just doesn’t work. Waste of money. And pathetic consumer experience. Do not buy. The 5 year guarantee is misleading. There is no such thing.the product doesn’t work.

And write a review like.All our bathrooms have a unit installed. Had initially ordered a smaller regular unit.Easy to install on the wall. There are some technical limitations regarding the width of the unit. Good to see good quality material being sold here
