It definitely breaks up knots
Very deep tissue penetration. Definitely works to get the knots out.

Best pain reliever
Great roller for getting into those knots developed from working all day. It's great at getting into small space, base of neck, back of shoulder, along spin, etc. Much more effective than basic foam roller.

Omg best thing for butt & legs
I use this roller for my butt & legs because I have some nerve damage and this really gets in there deep when I put it on the floor and my weight is on it. It hurts- it’s a love hate relationship. In a good way.

Great product!
I've been using this everyday for a full month and I really enjoy this item. I use it before bed and when I get up in the morning. I use this in conjunction with a good stretching routine and I would say it has cured my back issues.Normally I had to go get adjusted or get a massage once a month just to not feel pain all the time. I finally had had enough and decided to try and fix my back myself. I did this by getting this roller, stretching twice a day, and taking ice baths to help inflammation. Normally by now I'm having trouble walking due to a bulging disc in my lower back but I have yet to even notice any back pain and I haven't been to the chiro or massage therapist in over a month. Is this roller the sole reason I feel better? No, the stretching is necessary and definitely makes a difference. But it does help with muscle soreness and honestly feels like a deep tissue massage. I especially enjoy using this on my IT band, it hurts at first but I feel so much better after using this a few weeks. If my back continues this way, I may only have to go to the chiro but a couple times a year instead of every month. As for the product itself, I'm 100% happy with it. I don't think the full size would be worth the money and I'm glad I went with the harder of the two products, I don't feel like the softer blue roller would be worth the time.

I like incredibly deep trigger point therapy massages and to me ...
I got this as my first foam roller and I adore it! However, I like incredibly deep trigger point therapy massages and to me that is the good kind of pain. There are also plenty of scaled down ways to use this; for example for the IT band you can put it against the wall vertically and lean on to it, rocking a little bit when you're ready to. I also wouldn't put your full weight on your leg muscles at first; just lie down and place it under your calf, quad etc and rest them on the sore spots when you find them. I use this for my back, my shoulders, my arms and my legs. Really got into knots in my forearms that I didn't even know I had! You can start rolling and putting more weight on it once those knots this gets to start to break up and you get used to it. I will be getting a GRID roller as well for more of the full muscle stretching aspect of foam rolling too, but this is an absolute must have. If you can't break up those knots then stretching doesn't do anywhere near as much good anyway. There are plenty of you tube videos on different ways to use this roller, including the scaled down exercises. Just take it easy to start and you will still reap mega benefits without the bruising. I love the portability of the smaller size and the fact that's it's not as unwieldy to use on arms, or vertical in the upper back to get into tough to reach spits, against the wall for my shoulders etc.; but I love this so much I'm going to invest in the large one too so I can get both legs and glutes together and save time.

Not for beginners, but works wonders for me!
I got the compact Xtra firm rumble roller. This roller is NOT for beginners and it can be quite painful if you're not a regular user if foam rollers. I foam roll just about every day and I needed a firm roller with ridges to really dig in my problem areas so this roller was perfect for me. I do wish it was just a little wider as far as circumference goes but it's a perfect size to take with me to the gym now.Highly recommend for anybody who foam rolls often and needs something more than the standard flat surface rollers. It's going to hurt, but the more you do it the better you feel during and after use. I'm not sure how firm the blue one is but if you are new to foam rolling I suggest maybe starting off with the basic rollers elsewhere and come to this when you're ready for a deeper massage. Very happy with my purchase.

High quality, firm foam roller
If you are used to using a foam roller, the RumbleRoller is definitely not for the weak!It really gets deep into the muscles and stretches out where the other foam rollers can't get.I was expecting it to be similar size of our TriggerPoint roller but even with it being so compact, it works great!

Eliminates painfully tight muscle pain.
Life changing. Just got to be careful not to over use it in one sitting or I get a little sore.
