Good. Cold pressed Coconut Oil, and product made from plants (lichens) makes Vitamin D (main) and K (additionally given in this) more easily absorbable.

My Vitamid D is slightly below lower threshold. And my serum calcium is slightly above threshold.That makes this pills perfect for me. I'm taking 3 of these pills a day.It has K2 mk7. K2+D is an amazing combo to get Calcium into the bones instead of the arteries. K2 plays a key role in Calcium Metabolism.K2 has some other crucial benefits also. MK7 is the best form of K2.Will buy again.

Review
The media could not be loaded. Contents of few of the capsules has changed from white to milky and solidified. Drug is spoiled even before expiry date. This has to be informed to drug control board and consumer court for this. This seems to be a big scam.
