I have a condition that can occasionally flare up without warning. When this happens I’m required to take 3 small pills of a certain Rx right away. So I would always have to remember to take my Rx bottle with me when I went somewhere. This small pill holder fits nicely on my keychain and holds my pills easily. Now, as long as I keep the pill holder loaded, I can leave the bottle at home. Of course you have to replace the pills when they expire, and if you’re going on a long trip you should bring a full bottle. But for everyday excisions like going to the grocery store or to work I never worry about remembering to take the bottle. What I need is already in my pocket on my car keys.

Love it. I take a pill every day and occasionally am not home when I’m supposed to take it, and once in a while have gone for a weekend trip and left my pills at home, so I like to carry a couple with me. I’ve had a bunch of these before because most are cheap and end up unscrewing themselves and falling off somewhere…I was actually looking for one with a locking mechanism. I went with this instead, and it’s solid. It feels engineered and made from quality materials, not just cheap aluminum or whatever the other ones have been. A+

This pill tube on a chain is perfect for me. Not bulky but is sturdy and watertight. Chain is made of the little metal balls (like on a pulldown light chain) with the locking latch. Stays on during workouts and in shower.If you have to carry a couple pills at all times, this item is convenient. Recommend it.

I can fit 3 pills inside, so this is quite small and easy to tuck in your pocket. It has a waterproof seal, so no worries about messing up things if it happens to go through the wash. The ring is really trick and opens like a D-Ring, by pressing the ring, you can clip it to anything with a loop. But best of all, it just feels good in your hands. I must admit...I like just holding it. It's a work of engineering art! It's very well made and executed. I plan to get more in different sizes.

I needed this to keep low dose aspirin ready at all times. I have a heart issue and it is critical to be able to have low dose aspirin ready at all times.The necklace is long enough that it easily fits me. I'm a 6 foot tall guy. It looks both sharp and unassuming. The pill keeper seems very strong. I also really appreciate the extra o rings assuring its long life.It holds 4-5 baby aspirin including one in the top section. A great item to keep emergency medication in quick access.
