New 20 lb Steel Propane LP Cylinder with OPD Valve

These tanks worked out great. I took them to a local place to get them filled with no issues. Good quality. worked well with outdoor cooking burner.

Tank and box were delivered undamaged. Tank filled and performing as expected.

Very robust tank for 20lb propane replacement .. has an epoxy like finish that looks like it will stand up to the weather and use. Good looking.Slightly larger diameter (just about an inch) that the old 20lb cylinder that it is replacing .. but it fits in the mount on the BBQ without any issues.

I decided to buy my own propane tank because so many of those that are reused are dented, rusty, etc. I worried about them having leaks.So bought my own. I take it to a U-Haul store where they refill the tank for me. So overall, this costs me less than the trade in tanks and I have peace of mind knowing that I care for it and check for leaks with soapy water and it hasn’t been abused by previous users.
