Snagged this vacuum for $350, my next choice being double that. Being my 1st robot vacuum i am really impressed so far just using its sweep and vacuum function. Went around my livingroom without any snags and already see some major dust and hair my regular sweeping missed. Time will tell but so far I'm pretty happy!***1 week update: This works great! Mopping requires all rugs off floor but does a great job though its Y pattern. I suggest vacuuming 1st then mop with two separate runs. Pretty awesome and a welcome member to this smaller home with 3 adults and two cats!.

Great vacuum and mop features! Scans entire home and connects to your wifi. You can block out areas you don’t want it to enter or vacuum/mop in app. Easy to maintain and empty’s by itself.

On the second day of the purge, the orange icon at the station with the inscription pull up lit up. There was also a terrible burning smell. The dust collector is almost empty, there are no blockages in the air duct. Tried to get a bag and put a new one - does not help. Turning it on and off doesn't help either. As a result - the vacuum cleaner works, but the garbage is not thrown into the trash can, an error appears about the fan malfunction.UPDATE: 29.09.2022After a month of correspondence with the seller, I was refunded $ 150 of the $ 500 spent, although a factory defect was not my fault. I do not recommend contacting this seller at all.

the app is kind of complicating to figure out. unable to this day i am not able to map out my areas. the vacuum cleans well. but does get stuck at times. so, i do have to follow it around to be sure it is getting around things.

The vacuum is amazing! It picks up everything! The mop is what u get. It does leave streaks, but it does have the nice feature of choosing how much water with the washable cloth. The alexa doesn't work though tutorials online say u have to connect using the Singapore connection (havent tried that yet). I live in the US and would like if it just connected to that! The app us easy to use, but the directions it comes with kinda suck. I watched videos how to use it and that helped. If u are looking for a good vacuum this is it! I've had mine for a week and run it everyday. I have no pets, but 4 children and a husband.

I've purchased 2 other robot vacuum and they just didn't do well for our home. This one is awesome. Love the app. But the app is way to complicated. A lot of unnecessary pages and features to the app. You can watch in real time where the vac is in your home and the response from my phone to the vac is quick

Like this item. Has a bit of trouble on the carpet. It clumps the hair together, easily picked up. I have two Aussies, so a bit more hair to pickup than a short haired dog. Always goes back to the docking station and clears the dirt into the main station.

Viomi is doing a great job helping me keep the dog shedding under control, which is not an easy task since I have 4 big dogs. I love that she does her job and then dumps it all in the bin and starts to recharge herself again. She’s pretty awesome!
