Q: How can it be cost effective as it uses more than 2.5kwph?

It’s 200 watt- not sure where you’re getting your figures from… I find it beneficial, as well as dehumidifying, there’s a slightly warming fan effect in a cold corner of our room, aiding air circulation.

Q: On off button always on. Cant turn it off. And i canuse the mode funtion to turn to auto or laundry. The humidity display cant change to anythg 😭

If you push the on off button a light stays on but it should stop working. If it doesn't, just switch off at the mains. If you're not happy, it looks like return time- contact Amazon, because China's not a quick trip back!

Q: Hello, my dehumidifier is not collecting the water in the tank and i have to use the hose. My room is small so i don't want to use bucket.

Mine works perfectly collecting the water in the tank. It sounds as though your machine is defective and I would definitely return it straightaway!

Great!

It does the job really well. We have a small One bedroom house and being in the kitchen/ living room It has sort 95% of our mold and dump problem. Noise wise with the bedroom Door close we can't hear It.Purchased 8 months ago and still working perfectly.

European plug

Great dehumidifer,but it came with an European plug so it cost me an extra £10 for UK adapter.But now it's working it seems great.
