when I bought this I also had an injection for my tmj. I'm taking them but I'm not sure it's helping so much.

I don’t understand why there are negative reviews on this product! Maybe everyone’s body is different how reacts To pills. From my personal experience with those pills I can say that they are one of the best calming pills I purchased so far which is rare to happen. They are not magic ones but help a lot to calm your nerves. Thank you for making things easier a bit

I have been suffering from jaw Pain caused by involuntary clicking of my teeth. By the time it’s time to go to sleep pain in my jaw is a kid to agony. So when I saw this When I did a Google search for jaw pain I thought this may be the answer to my problem. It was not. It had no parent affect on my job. I would not buy this product again and I gave it 30 days to take affect. This is snake medicine and I would recommend you stay stay away from it.

I'm Actually a dental hygienist and have worked in the industry for nearly 25 years. I've also suffered from TMJ since my late teens. Muscle relaxers and I do not mix especially because I like to enjoy a glass or two of wine after a long days work hovering over people and their dirty mouths to say the least. The only relief with success I've found in years is this this product, combined with GNC's turmeric curcumin, which is a natural anti inflammatory which I personally know to work wonders when you want to go the anti prescription route, such as I. This is by far the best supplement I've tried to date. I encourage those trying not to use muscle relaxers or prescribed anti inflammatories to give this one a shot. It's for sure a winner.

Took exactly as instructed on the bottle and didn't notice any difference

I have this on subscription order. I suffer from TMJ and was taking another supplement, but it was discontinued. I found this while browsing and decided to try it. The high dose of Vit D3 is wonderful, along with the Magnesium, but the bonus is the herbal supplement, which helps me go to sleep within 30 minutes of taking it. At first, I was still waking with some jaw pain, but noticed that the longer I was taking this, the better it seemed to work. I wake with no jaw pain and sleep so much better.
