I had heard this was one of the best enzymedica magnesium .Have been taking it for a good while.

I’ve tried everything for many years to help with a multitude of problems. Sleep, stress, joint pain and energy. I’ve only been taking this product for about a week. So far I’ve seen an improvement in consistent progress and a boost in energy. Energy was a huge default of mine. I see a positive improvement in my overall well-being. Good product

I'm not a fan of taking something twice a day, but I'm glad I tried it. My sleep has improved and i feel like I've got some more clarity too.

Replaced mg citrate with this one for mental acuity. Seems to be working. Love Enzymedica products

Advertised as 350mg of Magnesium, noted 83% DV.I received a product labeled with 22.7mg Magnesium, noted 6.5% DV.Substantial difference in DV, and I wanted something that would get me 83% with one pill.
