I'm not saying the product don't work. I used it over 6 months and I did notice a small inconsistency, meaning there was a change in growth. So my conclusion is it does have properties that will make a difference but it'll take time like anything worth having in life. I give it 4 stars only because I thought the description made it seem more instant. Besides that the product doesn't have side effects. No nausea or uncomfort. Coming from someone sensitive to products that don't have dosage in mind. It could and will work with time and investment.

My hair did actually got thicker !!

Personally, I have been using the hair and beard formula for over 4 months now and I see no results. I have a little thinning on the top of my head and was hoping to have that filled in along with facial hair.. I have a bottle for December 2024 I didn't open yet. I'll finish them but, I'm considering trying another hair vitamin brand in the future.

The recommended dosage is two per day but I found it was breaking me out in pimples really bad so I cut back to one per day and haven't had any issues. It's done great for filling my beard but it's also had an effect on my head hair also. I'm guessing it's because of the biotin but it's definitely helped and I highly recommend!

This product is the reason supplements should be regulated in the United States. It provides way higher does of Vitamin A etc than is necessary. This supplement will do more harm than good and should be avoided at all costs.
