A great trolley. Just what I needed to help me as I cannot bend down easily and the basket is just the right height for me. Some difficulty putting the wheels on.

Very lightweight, assembly was a bit tricky as I can't hold the fiddly caps. But fairly straightforward.It's a bit pricey as DOESN'T COME WITH A BASKET. My own fault for not reading it correctly, but it does fit mine well. Just a bit over priced in my opinion.Useful and light, will see how long it lasts.

Brilliant for carrying your washing to the line and back, especially if you have upper body problems.

The item arrived partly assembled. The tool for attaching the wheels is appalling and it is easy to hit your fingers using a hammer, as directed. After a difficult bit of assembly, I turned the trolley to a standing position and the two main sections fell apart. I could not see how to get them back together again, so 'phoned Lakeland as suggested in the enclosed leaflet. I explained the situation and was told that I had received a faulty item (the agent did not seem at all surprised, so I am guessing that this is a well-known fault). As I had purchased through Amazon, I then had to contact them and spent ages explaining the situation again. They have resolved the matter. I do not want a replacement.In my opinion the item itself is not fit for purpose and is actually quite expensive at nearly £50.00. I do not recommend it to anyone. Although the idea is good, the build is of poor quality and the supplied tool is quite dangerous and decidedly flimsy.

I needed a trolley with wheels to make laundry easier. I was delighted when I found this product. I assumed I'd have to assemble the wheels but I didn't expect it to be so difficult. I am very good at flat pack but this is not that. You get a very flimsy tool (which cracked after the second mallet blow and I was using a rubber mallet!) to put over the metal cap and then you have to hammer it on to the axels to keep the wheels in place. The silver caps kept falling out of place and I hit my thumb several times, again thank God I was using a rubber mallet! The caps should fit better to start with, with a deeper insert to place the axel in; it would make hammering it to secure it much easier. I've just assembled it and not used it yet, so here's hoping it was worth the hassle! If it falls apart, I'll be back with an update.
